BOOKING POLICY

Welcome to Styled by Viola

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE BOOKING POLICY IN FULL BEFORE BOOKING A SERVICE WITH ME

For safety and quality, I prefer not to work over other nail technicians. Unfortunately, many nail salons continue to use harmful products (MMA Acrylic) that are harmful to the natural nails and do not. Please soak your nails off prior to your appointment or be prepared to add on a soak off to your appointment. If not, a $20 charge will be added to your service and must be paid before this service starts.

**GRACE PERIOD is 15 minutes. Please keep in mind my clients arrive by appointments only and that I may have clients behind you. If you’re running late it will mess up my and other paying client’s schedule This will also cause me to run late for the rest of the day. If you do not contact before your grace period is up, you’re required to go online and reschedule to book another appointment with me. All nail service deposits are nonrefundable if you are late or miss your appointment without a 48-hour notice. **

Unless noted, all full sets include the *gel polish* of your choice. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations MUST be made within 48 hours in advance of your service, rescheduling included. Cancellations that are less than 48-hour notice will forfeit the deposit and another deposit must be made to book. Please cancel and reschedule accordingly. If you have an emergency, contact me as soon possible to see what arrangements can be made. PLEASE NOTE: CANCELLATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE BY CALLING ME DIRECTLY.

DEPOSIT

All appointments require a deposit that is nonrefundable to secure your appointment. When booking your appointment my system will charge your card a 50% deposit of your service. All deposits go towards your services. Deposits are non-refundable.

NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA PEOPLE

Please do not bring children with you to your appointment or additional guest if you are commuting to my location. For safety and comfort for clients and myself. I ask that clients be mindful of space and distractions guest cause. If you are booking a mobile service for me to travel to you, the same rules apply as well as having a clean and well-lit space for me to set up for your service. If you are a minor a parent can accompany you to the appointment.

COMPLIMENTARY FIXES 

If you are ever dissatisfied with any service, I will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original services. No refund is given after it has been rendered. – Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed to last a minimum of 7 days after your appointment; excluding nail growth, which varies on the person. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the 7 days, please call me to schedule a free repair. (Repairs must be arranged within 3 days of notification to me directly to be considered complimentary fixes.) Repairs after 7days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are $10+ each. (Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.)

Please DO NOT EMAIL for minor nail fixes and repairs. Please call the salon and leave a voice message if no one picks up. I would like to quickly serve you as soon as possible. 

RE-OCCURRING CLIENTS

I hope that you love your nails and experience enough to book a standing appointment. Standing appointments will reoccur every 2-3 weeks.

PAYMENT

I accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CASH APP, PAYPAL and CASH. NO CHECKS. Remaining payment balance is required when nail prep is completed before nails are polished / designed. CASH gratuity is highly appreciated upon completion of appointment.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO: 

  • Anyone with a nail condition I suspect may be contagious 
  • Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area 
  • Anyone in ill health that I may suspect may be contagious, or I fear could be harmed by our service Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment 
  • Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers
